During her graduation project at NIFT, she gained hands-on experience in accessory manufacturing while working with a renowned international brand. This experience sparked her interest in understanding the intricacies of manufacturing, a skill she carried into her career.

To broaden her horizons, Ashna moved to Germany, where she worked as a full-time sourcing manager. Her role involved visiting factories in Turkey and other key manufacturing countries, where she learned international methods of handling garment production. This global perspective became integral to AYNA’s approach, blending international standards with the efficiency and creativity of Indian craftsmanship.

It was during this time that her entrepreneurial journey truly began. The company she worked for, which trusted only its most reliable suppliers, chose AYNA to manufacture their newly launched dresses. This marked AYNA’s first-ever export order and paved the way for the brand’s remarkable journey.
